Now I'm just going overboard. Do I prefer blue-green over magenta? Not sure yet. Here's magenta:

I think the orange background is easier on the eyes.

white stripes header makes my eyes go wonky. not sure I'm crazy about this orange though.

Stripes or dots header? I think I like stripes. Reminds me of an athletic sock.

I just used a stock photo from picnik.com and jazzed it up. I tried dimensions of 1100x170 and1670x250 and they all look the same. There's a little gray space between the banner and the decorative stripe. I don't know if that can be hidden by getting just the right dimensions...

The template is blogger's Mr. Moto.

I didn't play around with font colors or anything, but as usual, I'm liking orange.

One thing about this template - it does not put a line between each post. I don't like that.

New Header

The photo is just a close-up of one of my blankets. I edited and doctored up the photo with picnik.com. I painstakingly worked out the dimensions to fit snugly in the banner space: 648 x 95.

This template is one of Blogger's Minima templates. So far, so good.
